US SHIPPING
BLÜM ships to (and exchanges from) addresses within the United States. Any next-day or expedited orders are only available if you have confirmed with our team that your pieces have been made and are ready to ship.
For most domestic orders in the United States, we ship via USPS and UPS. If you would prefer other shipping methods, please contact [email protected] prior to placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
BLÜM ships internationally to most countries. Please note that recipients are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country. We do not cover shipping, duties, or taxes.
RETURNS
All items sold on www.christinablum.com are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Please contact [email protected] prior to placing an order if you have any questions.
Exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of christinablum.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include refusing to accept the exchange and sending it back to the purchaser.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all pieces are custom and made-to-order. Due to this sustainable approach, all garments made and sold on christinablum.com are FINAL SALE. Measurements provided are the sole responsibility of the client - if you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
PREORDERS
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
